Personal Biography 

Liya is a coffee enthusiast, and now she is running a coffee shop. Meanwhile, she and her partner set up a brand named H2C. It means ‘hi to coffee’.(http://h2coffee.com). Liya majored in automotive engineering. During her university life, she stared use Vietnamese pot to make coffee. As an automotive engineer, she can not stop learning making coffee by espresso machellone, Syphon, hand drip and cold brew.

liya是一名咖啡狂热爱好者，现在经营了一家咖啡馆同时成立了自己的品牌H2C：hi to coffee。（http：//h2coffee.com）她学的是车辆工程专业，大学时就爱用越南壶制作咖啡。毕业后作为工程师进入了汽车行业，也不断研究了意式咖啡机/胶囊咖啡机/虹吸壶/手冲咖啡和冰滴咖啡。

Workshop Description

The workshop is designed to explore coffee in a fun way. Beginners will benefit from the type of coffee, the differences between espresso and single original coffee and how to making cold brew coffee. Everyone will take a fresh cold brew coffee away.

工作坊介绍

该系列工作坊是为了让大家在体验制作中探索咖啡知识。初学者会学习到咖啡的类别，意式咖啡和单品咖啡的区别和冰滴咖啡的制作。工作坊中，我们会给每位参与者一瓶新鲜制作的冰滴咖啡。
